General Information on attendance
Students must book the space in class in advance! No refund or exchange in case no show and the full class fee will be charged.
Students are expected in every class they are assigned, the progress of the student only depends on his/her regular practice and hard work. Teachers will give a recommendation to students or students guardian about the best number of classes to be taken.
If students are absent or cannot join the class, please call the “Green Apple International Dance School” (GAIDS) and leave a notification.
Students are required to take part in the recommended by the GAIDS outside school activities (competitions, festivals, etc.) and join GAIDS examination and special activities.
Withdraw/ dismissal
Students and Guardians are always expected to be respectful and well-behaving and follow GAIDS staff guidance, and rules of the School. The school reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student who shows poor, inappropriate attitude, bad conduct, and low attendance. No fees will be refunded in this case.
At least one month’s notice to the school is required for written withdrawal from the course.
Payment and tuition fees
All package payments must be arranged by the client or their guardians no later than every 1st day of each month or late payment fee of 30 HKD will be charged. Payments can be made by check bank transfer or internet payment; NO CASH payment will be accepted except trial class or single class payment.
All children are required to purchase a GAIDS student book and uniform from GAIDS front desk staff. GAIDS reserve a full right to change all the fees and prices without prior notice.
Rescheduling classes, refund, cancellation
No refund or transfer or carried down the next month of payment is possible. Reschedule or cancellation of class is only possible no later than 24h before class. If the appropriate medical documents provided to the GAIDS. Private class cancellation can be informed no later than 12 hour before class. GAIDS reserve the right to change the rearrange of the schedule of the classes without prior approval.
Client protection policy
GAIDS fully recognizes its responsibilities for client protection.
Our policy applies to all teachers and staff working in the school. There are three main elements to our policy:

By joining any Green Apple single class or membership client automatically agrees to all terms and conditions and policies and understood their responsibilities set out in the policy.
By joining any Green Apple single class or membership client automatically agrees to grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings to be taken from time to time by school staff or appointed professionals for promotional material for the school and social media. If any parent/guardian/client objects to this, it is their responsibility to ensure that the school staff is made aware.

The appointed by the GAIDS uniform must be purchased and worn to every class.

TYPHOON and RAINSTORM
Typhoon Signal No. 1 or Signal No. 3
All classes will be as normal. It will be parents’ decision as to whether to send their children to class during the above weather conditions.
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (hoisted before class) the class will be canceled. If the typhoon signal No.8 is lowered, all the classes that have not yet started will resume as scheduled 2 hours after the announcement for example, if typhoon No. 8 is lowered at 10:10 am, class at 12:00noon will not be commenced. All classes commencing from 12:10 pm onward will be held as scheduled.
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above (hoisted during the class period) the class will be canceled. If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted during class, teachers should only leave the School/studio provided that all students have left the school/studio.
RAINSTORM SIGNAL
Amber or Red Rainstorm Signal All classes will be as normal. It will be parents’ decision as to whether to send their children to class during the above weather conditions.
Black Rainstorm Signal (hoisted before class) the class will be canceled. classes will resume as normal in 2 hours after the Black Rainstorm signal is lowered Black Rainstorm Signal (hoisted during the class period) the class will continue. students are advised to stay in School/class venue until the weather and traffic conditions have improved. It will be parents’ decision as to whether to pick up their child straight away.
