Zumba is a medium to high-intensity cardio dance workout that will leave you in a sweat but with a smile on your face. The choreographies, set to four basic Latin rhythms (and occasionally a dash of hip hop, pop or other styles) are designed to be easy to follow along, with absolutely no previous dance experience required.
